Last week I urged the government to give new contracts to small defence businesses in places like Stroud now that spending on the military is set to rise.
We are very fortunate in our district to have so many strategically important businesses, such as Steller Systems, Retro Track & Air and Impcross, to name but a few and I will push for SMEs to get their fair crack at contracts.
