Yesterday the UK Supreme Court ruled that the draft Scottish Independence Referendum Bill is outside the powers of the Scottish Parliament.
Our government will respect this unanimous ruling from the Supreme Court.
As the Secretary of State for Scotland, Alister Jack MP, has said, the UK government remains committed to working with the Scottish government on the issues that matter most to the people of Scotland.
