Parents in Stroud, Nailsworth and Dursley have contacted me about school transport issues as well as our rural village families who have been convening meetings recently. They understand it involves private bus providers so it is not all about the county council.
I have been raising this for some time so I am pleased that the Minister agreed to meet with myself and Cllr Stephen Davies to see what can be done to ensure children can get their children to school reliably and fairly.
