Yesterday I met with Chris Nelson, our Police and Crime Commissioner and local volunteers to discuss the work we have been doing to tackle anti-social behaviour down by our canals.
Thanks to the Safer Streets Find and Community Safety Partnership, we have managed to get CCTV installed down in Wallbridge. We have been informed that since the cameras were put up, there have not been any problems reported which is great news.
This is a fantastic example of community action and a joint effort by so many.
It is very important that the Stroud district stays beautiful so I will continue working to tackle issues like these.
